🎯 Your Main Goal
Your main goal will be to build and lead an engineering team that thrives in a fast-moving AI-native world - developing engineers, creating clarity, and delivering meaningful outcomes with strong technical judgment. This is a first-line engineering leadership role for someone who is deeply technical, but whose real strength is building teams: empowering engineers on their growth path, aligning stakeholders, and helping people move with confidence as technology, customer needs, and opportunities evolve quickly around them.
We have 2 Engineering Managers openings for our new teams shaping how n8n scales as an enterprise product:
Governance & Observability: gives admins full visibility into what's running in n8n and the controls to enforce how it's used (audit logs, monitoring dashboards, usage insights, admin controls, and rules that keep large organizations compliant and in control).
Licence & Billing: owns how n8n is licensed, metered, and billed across Cloud and Enterprise, so customers can buy, pay, and scale usage without friction (subscriptions, payments, usage tracking, and pricing).

Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
