We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead the engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations within a state-of-the-art aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to oversee day-to-day engineering activities across advanced cleanroom facilities, VHP isolator technology, and highly specialised pharmaceutical systems. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help ensure the reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement of critical manufacturing infrastructure supporting the production of sterile medicines.

As Engineering Manager, you will provide hands-on leadership to the engineering and maintenance teams, driving operational performance, equipment reliability, and engineering excellence across the site. Your work will directly contribute to the manufacture of medicines that patients rely on when standard treatments are unavailable.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations within the aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
