What You'll Do
- Lead, support, and grow a team of engineers across iOS, Android, backend, and cross-platform technologies
- Drive delivery of features that power real-time, shared listening experiences
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to shape vision, strategy, and roadmaps
- Guide the team through complex technical challenges such as real-time synchronization, device connectivity, and cross-platform consistency
- Enable high-quality, reliable user experiences across devices and platforms
- Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and strong engineering practices
- Create an inclusive and healthy team environment where individuals can grow and do their best work

Who You Are
- You have experience leading and developing engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- You are experienced with building and scaling complex systems, ideally in real-time or distributed environments
- You have a strong understanding of software engineering across mobile and backend technologies
- You care about building inclusive, collaborative teams and creating a positive team environment
- You are comfortable working across disciplines and influencing product and technical direction
- You balance execution with long-term thinking and make thoughtful, pragmatic decisions
- You have experience solving challenges related to synchronization, connectivity, or cross-platform development

Where You'll Be
- This role is based in London or Stockholm
- We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in-person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
