About Dex

Dex is an AI recruiter agent that helps you run your job search. Tell Dex your stack, seniority, and what you want to build. We will manage your applications and surface other opportunities that are a fit.

The Role

This company is building the CRM for the AI era. Think real-time infrastructure, AI-native architecture, and a product experience engineers genuinely obsess over. They're growing rapidly, backed by leading investors, and scaling a team of 160 people, with nearly 60 in engineering.

This isn't a typical 90% management EM role. You'll ship code most of the week — a 70% hands-on split — while leading a focused team of 3-5 engineers. You own a critical product area end-to-end, from architecture to customer interaction. This seat is for EMs who lead from inside the code, not from a distance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
