This is what you’ll actually do!
As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for taking ownership of site breakdowns and ensuring a quick diagnosis with corrective action. You will be actively using CMMS system providing detailed reports. You will ensure that the correct Health and Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene standards are followed at all times, whilst adhering to good working practices throughout. As a team, you will make sure that the planned maintenance is completed to a strict schedule whilst always looking for improvements to ensure the reliability of the equipment and supporting the sites efficiency targets. This role provides opportunity for learning and development, and they would take an active role in project developments.

Skills
- Skills within both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
- CompEx training would be beneficial
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have previous experience in fault finding
- Achievement of their 17th edition electrical certification
- PLC proven programming capability
- Have the skills to be able to mentor and coach other Engineers
- Keen to play an active role in the future development of the site and engineering function
- General PC skills
- Previous food manufacturing experience would be beneficial
