Role Summary

As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking talented engineers and engineering leaders to join our expanding teams across the UK. Whether your expertise lies in Electrical Engineering, ECI, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Nuclear Safety or Engineering Management, you will have the opportunity to contribute to complex, high-profile programmes supporting critical UK Defence and Nuclear infrastructure.

We offer a range of flexible working arrangements, including hybrid office-based, hybrid site-based and remote opportunities with occasional travel to client offices or project sites.

  • Delivering engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Producing, reviewing and approving technical documentation, calculations and reports.
  • Supporting design, analysis, verification and technical assurance activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Identifying, managing and mitigating technical risks.
  • Supporting project delivery, planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Providing technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to junior engineers.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and innovative engineering solutions.

Required Experience

We are interested in hearing from candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Electrical Engineering
  • Electrical, Control & Instrumentation (EC&I)
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Civil Engineering
  • Civil & Structural Engineering
  • Nuclear Safety Case Development
  • Technical Assurance and Governance
  • Engineering Design and Analysis
  • Project Delivery within highly regulated industries
  • Engineering Leadership and Team Management

Candidates should possess relevant qualifications such as an HNC, HND, Degree, Master's Degree or equivalent industry experience within their discipline.

Working Arrangements

Opportunities are available on the following basis:

  • Hybrid (Office Base in Glasgow)
  • Hybrid (Site Base in Helensburgh)
  • Remote with Occasional Office or Site Visits

Working arrangements will vary depending on the role, project and business requirements.
