And now, they’re looking for an exceptional Engineering & Product Recruiter to help them scale the people behind that technology.
The Role
You'll own recruitment across a range of Engineering and Product roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand their teams, build effective sourcing strategies and bring exceptional talent into the business.

You won't simply be managing vacancies. You'll be helping shape the teams responsible for building and scaling technology that is changing how energy works.
What you'll be doing
- Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering and Product, from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product leaders to understand their hiring plans, team structures and future talent requirements.
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for highly competitive technical talent.
- Identify and engage Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Product Leaders and other specialist technology profiles.
- Build strong talent pipelines across the French-speaking market and wider European technology ecosystem.
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Develop creative approaches to finding hard-to-reach technical talent.
- Use data and market intelligence to understand talent availability, competitor activity and salary expectations.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Talent team to continuously improve recruitment processes and ways of working.
What we're looking for
You should have:
- Strong experience recruiting across Engineering and/or Product.
- Proven ability to recruit technical and specialist talent in competitive markets.
- Fluent French and English communication skills.
- Strong sourcing capability and a genuine understanding of modern recruitment methodologies.
- Experience partnering directly with senior Engineering and Product stakeholders.
- The confidence to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive, consultative approach — you're someone who doesn't wait for candidates to come to you.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the wider technology talent market.
- A passion for technology and curiosity about the products and teams you're recruiting for.
