Engineering Production Controller
This is a crucial role within the Engineering department that will include shift working. The Engineering Production Controller will support the 24/7 engineering operation from the Head Office in London with occasional travel to other facilities in our network.
Key Accountabilities
- Compliance of the UBTC fleet of vessels through effective planning.
- Vessel availability ensuring the maximum capacity is available for our customers whilst maintaining compliance at all times and ensuring vessel appearance is of the highest standards.
- All work packages are completed in accordance with procedures in place and to the highest standards.
- Compile maintenance documentation in accordance with procedures.
- All reports are maintained to assist in improving on KPIs.

Requirements
Essential
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Interpersonal, collaborative, and influencing skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to enable production of optimized plans.
- Ability to cope under pressure.
- Ability to work to deadlines and respond to operational changes.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to multitask with various departments while maintaining a calm and professional attitude.
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable
- Marine engineering experience/knowledge.
- Familiarization with the management of ISM compliance.
- Familiarization with the IMO High Speed Craft Code.
