At Beagle Aircraft, we manufacture precision-engineered structures and components for some of the world's leading aerospace programmes. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Engineering Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of technically complex programmes from development and NPI through industrialisation and production ramp-up.
This could be a great opportunity if you're already an Engineering Project Manager, or if you're a Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or Technical Account Manager who has been coordinating engineering projects and is ready to move into a dedicated project management role.
The Role Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and our customers, you'll take ownership of project planning, delivery and communication across multiple aerospace programmes. You'll manage schedules, milestones, risks and project priorities while ensuring customers and senior stakeholders have clear visibility of progress.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead engineering projects through NPI, industrialisation and production ramp-up.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and forecasts.
- Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain activities.
- Monitor project delivery against time, cost and quality commitments.
- Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, driving actions through to resolution.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide regular project updates.
- Produce clear project reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Capture lessons learned and support improvements across future programmes.
About You We're looking for someone with experience delivering or coordinating projects within an engineering or manufacturing environment. You'll ideally have:
- Experience with engineering projects, product development or New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Strong planning, scheduling and project coordination skills.
- Experience working across multidisciplinary engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Confidence managing project risks, priorities and customer expectations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good technical understanding of manufacturing or engineering processes.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience would be highly advantageous, but we're also interested in strong candidates from other technically complex engineering environments.
