We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to take ownership of exciting and technically challenging projects from initial planning through to successful completion.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a project, leading teams, working closely with clients, managing budgets and solving problems to make sure everything comes together.

You’ll have real responsibility and the opportunity to make a visible impact, working across a variety of projects while building strong, long-term client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

  • Develop and manage project programmes, budgets and key milestones.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact throughout the project.
  • Lead client meetings, provide progress updates and manage expectations.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues and changes.

  • Drive continuous improvement and look for smarter, more efficient ways of delivering projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
