Project Engineering Manager
Bedfordshire
Circa £75k + car + bonus
We are looking for a dynamic Project Engineering Manager to lead the function for a well-established FMCG manufacturing business. Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, you'll have responsibility for all CAPEX on site, working cross-functionally to ensure on time delivery of key projects.
This will be a varied and exciting role, leading a wide range of CAPEX projects. Responsibilities will include:
- Delivery of projects
- Financial reporting
- Engaging with key stakeholders to minimise downtime during project delivery
- Oversight of CDM and contractors across site

You'll be someone who:
- Has a proven track record of managing a variety of CAPEX projects including budgetary management within an FMCG environment.
- Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- An ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels across different job functions (production / quality / finance etc.)
- A strong knowledge of CDM regulations and regulated industries.
