Engineering Project Manager
Location: Glasgow, Scotland
The Opportunity
We're partnering with an innovative technology company developing advanced engineering products and intelligent systems. As the business continues to grow, they're looking for an Engineering Project Manager to support the delivery of complex technical projects from early development through to production.
Working closely with teams across electronics, embedded software, firmware, mechanical engineering and manufacturing, you'll bring structure, coordination and visibility to projects, ensuring teams remain aligned and key milestones are achieved.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced engineering environment and wants to play a key role in helping bring innovative products to market.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering projects from initial concept through development, testing and production.
- Coordinate activities across electronics, firmware, embedded software, mechanical engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and delivery reports.
- Track progress, identify risks and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Organise project meetings, reviews and stakeholder updates.
- Support engineering teams by removing blockers and improving delivery processes.
- Help establish effective project management practices as the company scales.
About You
You'll be an organised, proactive Project Manager who enjoys working with technical teams and bringing clarity to complex engineering projects.

You'll ideally have:
- Experience managing engineering, technical or product development projects.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong planning, organisation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Confidence working with engineers, leadership teams and external stakeholders.
Desirable Experience
- Electronics or embedded systems.
- Automation or advanced engineering products.
- Hardware development and manufacturing environments.
- New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com or similar.
