We're growing our team at SWORD Engineering!
As SWORD Engineering continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team in Wem, Shropshire.
We design and manufacture bespoke recycling and material-handling equipment for customers throughout the UK, specialising in conveyor solutions, trommels, hoppers, access platforms and complete bespoke machinery installations.
With a strong project portfolio, we're investing further in our project delivery capability to support our customers and the continued development of the business.
We're looking for someone with a strong engineering background to work alongside our Directors, Design Team and experienced engineering team, playing an important role in the successful delivery of projects from design and manufacture through to installation and completion.

Requirements
- Engineering experience is essential.
- The successful candidate will have substantial experience within mechanical engineering, fabrication, machinery manufacture or a similar engineering environment, combined with strong project-management and organisational skills.
- You'll be confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings, understand the practicalities of engineering manufacture and enjoy working as part of a team delivering high-quality, bespoke solutions for our customers.
- Previous hands-on engineering experience would be a significant advantage.
Role Details

- Location: Wem, Shropshire
- Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per year, depending on experience
- Contract Type: Full-time | Permanent
