Location: Cardiff

Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 + Company Benefits + 26 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + More

In this role, the successful C4/C6 Rail Project Manager would be responsible for the delivery of general engineering projects across the business. Leading projects end to end and providing clear direction, coordination and control across the projects. Acting with full accountability, the Project Manager plans, monitors and executes delivery through effective day-to-day management of the overall project.

The Role

  • Manage Contracts, track scopes, set KPIs, and report to stakeholders.
  • Plan Lifecycles, create delivery schedules and block plans for operations.
  • Lead Teams, collaborate with production to ensure safe, on-time delivery.
  • Control Finances, budget, track project margins, and enhance cost efficiencies.
  • Mitigate Risks, identify health and safety risks with the HSE manager.
  • Manage Changes, coordinate project variations and support heavy maintenance managers.
  • Engage Stakeholders, run internal and customer meetings to align objectives.
