Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Engineering role located in Northwest. The individual in this role will support the maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems, working both independently and as part of a team. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting site visits, troubleshooting technical issues, performing diagnostics, and implementing solutions according to engineering standards and safety requirements. The role involves preparing basic documentation or service reports, and communicating clearly with supervisors, colleagues, and clients. The engineer will also help improve processes, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry practices.

- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems and apply engineering principles in practical settings.
- Comfort with tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments, including safe work practices and adherence to company and regulatory safety standards.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes, evaluate options, and implement reliable solutions.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members, documenting work, and interacting professionally with clients.
- Ability to work on-site full time, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a field and workshop environment.
- Relevant technical education or vocational training in engineering, industrial technology, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Previous experience in an engineering, maintenance, or field service role is beneficial, particularly in industrial or commercial settings.
- Basic familiarity with computer systems and software used for documentation, reporting, or equipment configuration is an advantage.
