Description
PAML, Maintenance providers for Ryanair Group are currently recruiting for an Engineering Safety Officer to join the Compliance Dept of their heavy maintenance operation.
This is an excellent time to join as Ryanair is set to expand to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests within the next 8 years.
The successful candidate should hold prior experience in Aircraft Maintenance or Operations and can be based at any one of the Base Maintenance sites across Europe in either, Glasgow Prestwick, Kaunas, Wroclaw, Shannon, Frankfurt Hahn or Seville.

Duties
- Administering internal safety reporting systems
- Investigating Maintenance Errors
- Investigating and reviewing aircraft incidents due to technical reasons
- Investigating and reviewing events and occurrences with a potential impact on the safety of the PAML Group operation
- Assisting in analysing and developing trends of safety related occurrences
- Performing any other projects as assigned by the Safety Manager
Requirements
- Experience relating to Aircraft Maintenance or Airline Operations, or Equivalent Engineering degree.
- Ability to work to deadlines and on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt and change quickly
- Computer literate
- AMOS experience an advantage
- Ability to produce reports, prepare and deliver presentations and analyse data
