Engineering Shift Leader
Salary: £62,000 + Pension + Benefits
Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: Monday days, Tuesday days, Wednesday nights, Thursday nights. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.
- Week 2: Monday and Tuesday off. Wednesday days, Thursday days. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.
- Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday off. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday days.
- Week 4: Monday and Tuesday nights. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.
- Rotation: 4 weeks

Key Skills
- Apprentice Trained Engineer in Mechanical Engineering

The Role
Leading a skilled team of shift engineers, you will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in mechanical engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, comfortable working on fast-paced packaging machinery, forming machinery, ovens, together with conveyor and packaging systems.
