Engineering Shift Manager
Salary: £57,000 + Pension
Location: Stanford Le Hope
Shifts: 4 on 4 off days and nights
About the Role
A fantastic opportunity which is not to be missed by a strong Engineering Shift Manager has come to the forefront. This is going to be any engineer's dream to work in this state-of-the-art, fully automated, fast-paced factory. They have recently invested into the site and it's a great place to work for any Engineering Shift Manager who wants to develop their career in all areas.
The duties will involve about 30% of hands-on maintenance work within a fully automated site and 70% of leading the shift, mentoring, delegating workload, dealing with issues, and generally looking after the shift.

Sector: Factory Maintenance
Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Shift Manager
- Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Leadership experience (Supervisory level is perfect).
- Level 3 engineering qualification.
Requirements for the Engineering Shift Manager
- Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
- Leadership experience.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Requirements for the Engineering Shift Manager
- Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
- Experience of leading a shift within a large factory.
