Engineering Site Manager – Westminster

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
Location: Westminster, London
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Engineering Site Manager to join a prestigious site in Westminster. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering professional looking to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of an engineering operation within a high-profile environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of engineering services on site, while maintaining high standards of compliance, health & safety, customer service and operational performance.
The Role
- Manage the day-to-day engineering operations on site.
- Lead and coordinate 1 onsite Engineer.
- Ensure all planned and reactive maintenance is completed to a high standard.
- Oversee subcontractors and specialist contractors where required.
- Ensure all statutory, compliance and health & safety requirements are met.
- Monitor site performance, maintenance records and engineering documentation.
- Liaise with the client and key stakeholders, providing regular updates on site operations.
- Manage reactive issues and ensure they are resolved efficiently.
- Support the development and maintenance of strong client relationships.
- Participate in a Call-Out Rota of 1–2 weeks, with £100 standby payment.

About You
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Site Manager with a strong technical background and excellent organisational and communication skills.
You Should Have
- Previous experience in an Engineering Manager, Site Manager, Engineering Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building services and commercial facilities maintenance.
- Experience managing engineers and/or engineering operations.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- A proactive approach to problem solving.
- Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively in a busy site environment.
- Relevant engineering qualifications are desirable.
