Working pattern: Monday to Friday - 07:00 - 15:30

Job Description
Our Head of Hub Engineering is looking to recruit an experienced Engineering Store Administration to join their growing team. The role will be based at our Hub site in Hinckley and you will be an integral member of a first class team and will provide engineering stores and administrative support services to the Engineering department.
As the stores administrator you will be responsible for upkeep of the planned, preventative, maintenance and stores system along with maintenance of stock levels within the Hub and Network Engineering Stores.
Other Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Completion of stock audits.
- Liaison with Building Service Technicians (BST) and painters regarding ordering supplies for hub and network sites.
- Monitoring of network spares requests as well as packing and dispatch of network spares, arranging taxis/deliveries where parts are urgently needed.
- Completion of reports as required on Raw material, PPE, engineering and network stock.
- Completion of administration for orders to include; dispatch, goods received and processing of invoices.
- Sourcing materials and liaising with various suppliers for quickest delivery and best price.
- Arranging repairs with local suppliers for any Network parts returned from depots.

Qualifications
What we are looking for
- Clean driving licence, with the ability to travel Network sites to perform stock audits.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Previous engineering stores experience would be advantageous but not essential.
- High degree of computer literacy and numerical skills and a competent user of all Microsoft and Google applications.
- A flexible and enthusiastic individual able to work under pressure, prioritise workload and use own initiative.
- To be reliable and demonstrate a great eye for detail.
