Job Title: Engineering Stores Coordinator
Location: Andover, Hampshire
Salary: Circa £32,000 (DOE) + annual bonus + excellent benefits
Shift: Days (7am–3pm or 8am–4pm)
Job Role of the Engineering Stores Coordinator
A fantastic opportunity which is not to be missed has come to the forefront for a strong Engineering Stores Coordinator to join a well-established, fast-paced food manufacturing site. This is an ideal role for someone with stores/stock control experience who enjoys being hands-on, organised, and proactive—supporting engineering by ensuring spares availability and keeping the stores running efficiently.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the engineering stores, ensuring critical parts are available to support planned maintenance activity and minimise downtime, while keeping spend in line with budget.

Sector – Factory / Engineering Stores (Manufacturing)
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Experience working in a stores/warehouse environment with stock control
- Understanding of engineering terminology and common components/spares
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Requirements for the Engineering Stores Coordinator
- Managing stock levels, cycle counts, and monthly stock takes
- Raising purchase orders and working with suppliers/OEMs to obtain best value
- Booking in, checking, and issuing parts/spares accurately
- Using a CMMS/engineering system to log and allocate parts and stock items
- Strong admin skills (Microsoft Office) and attention to detail
- Engineering qualification not essential, but an engineering/manufacturing background is advantageous
