At Stagecoach, our Engineering Storekeeper plays a crucial role in ensuring our engineering teams have the parts, equipment and resources they need to keep our fleet operating safely and reliably. This is a varied and rewarding position where your attention to detail and organisational skills will make a real difference every day.
What you will be doing:
- To process and file orders, invoices, and any other supplier correspondence in a timely manner
- To ensure parts/service items are correctly ordered to ensure preventive maintenance is carried out
- To maintain sufficient stock levels, relevant to our fleet, and in line with Company policies
- Ensure engineering expenditure reports are completed daily
- To ensure relevant PPE is stocked and available for issue as and when required
- Maintain all records (orders, deliveries, stock issues, etc.) on EAMS reporting system
- Always maintain cleanliness and organization of Stores
- Any other reasonable tasks related to business or depot activities

- Good IT skills and experience using software systems.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- A proactive approach and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently while supporting a wider team.
