This is a great opportunity for an Engineering Maintenance Supervisor role on a dayshift position within a growing manufacturing business based in Falkirk.

The Role

  • Provide engineering advice and coaching where necessary.
  • Manage and/or participate in manufacturing improvement project teams.
  • Lead a small team of engineers within proactive and reactive maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • This is a hands-on role within the engineering function.

  • Must be a good communicator.
  • Detailed engineering knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing equipment.
  • Recognised apprenticeship qualification or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline.
  • Understanding of the contribution Engineering can make to the achievement of Manufacturing KPIs.
  • Manufacturing background required.
  • Must be or have been an electrical engineer with hands-on experience within manufacturing.
