What you'll be doing:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of engineers throughout the night shift.
- Prioritising breakdowns, coordinating planned maintenance, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Driving engineering standards, improving reliability, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Supporting production by minimising downtime and ensuring the site is running at peak performance.
- Acting as the engineering decision-maker on shift, working closely with operations to keep the factory moving.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience leading an engineering team within food manufacturing or another fast-paced FMCG environment.
- A strong multi-skilled engineering background with electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Someone who leads from the front, remains calm under pressure, and enjoys getting the best out of people.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering results.
