Engineering Team Leader- 4 on 4 Off
Albert Bartlett is a family-owned UK food manufacturer and the country’s leading potato supplier, producing fresh, chilled, and frozen potato products through multiple sites across the UK. Working at the heart of food production, the business plays an important role in delivering quality products at scale while maintaining high operational standards across its manufacturing environment. As Engineering Team Leader- 4 on 4 Off, you will help support the reliability and performance of production operations, contributing to the smooth running of equipment and the wider success of the engineering function. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and making a direct impact on operational efficiency. Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults to minimise production downtime. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in production machinery. Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom. Availability to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
