Job Role of the Engineering Team Leader
An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced and qualified Engineering Team Leader to work for a growing FMCG Manufacturing company. The Engineering Team Leader will be involved in managing a team of 2 engineers whilst also being involved in the hands-on maintenance and running of machinery. The Engineering Team Leader will be working in an automated factory with lots of opportunities to learn and develop skills. This is a hands-on role and you will be involved in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Team Leader
- Engineering Qualification
- Experience in a Leadership or Supervisory role
- Hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced industrial factory.
Requirements for the Engineering Team Leader
- Experience in managing a team of engineers
- Recognised engineering qualification.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Good with Training and development
Desirable Requirements for the Engineering Team Leader
- Experience working as Maintenance Team Leader in the UK.
