Engineering Team Leader
Location: Linton
Hours: Rotating shift pattern which covers 7 days a week. Hours rotate between 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm and involves 2 weekends in the 8 week cycle - average 40 hours a week.

We're looking for a hands-on Engineering Team Leader with strong mechanical and electrical expertise to lead maintenance activities, drive continuous improvement, and support critical site services across our operation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading a team of engineers to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable site operations.
- Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes and responding effectively to breakdowns.
- Supporting and maintaining site services, including boilers, cooling systems, water systems, and fabrication work.
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults quickly and effectively.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records using our computerised maintenance management system (CMMS).

Essential
- Electrical and mechanical engineering qualifications.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Strong computer skills and experience using maintenance management systems.
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
Desirable
- Experience supporting site services and utilities systems.
- A proven track record of driving continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
