Engineering Tech Lead
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Tech Lead with strong expertise in Full-Stack Engineering, Agentic AI, LLM integration, Prompt Engineering, DevOps, and Cloud technologies.
This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who can build production-grade services while architecting and delivering AI-powered agentic systems and LLM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Software Engineering & Delivery
- Design, build, and ship production-quality services
- Develop and optimise CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and platform observability
- Design and optimise prompts for LLM use cases including structured outputs, classification, summarisation, code generation, and reasoning
- Build and maintain prompt libraries and versioning strategies
- Partner with product and domain teams to translate business requirements into precise prompt specifications

Agentic AI & LLM
- Architect and implement agentic AI systems, autonomous agents, multi-agent workflows, and tool-use pipelines
- Develop planning loops and memory-augmented reasoning solutions
- Implement LLM observability, including logging, tracing, evaluation pipelines, and guardrails
- Support responsible AI deployment through output validation, human-in-the-loop workflows, and risk mitigation

- Tool/function calling
- Structured JSON outputs
- Multi-turn conversations
DevOps & Cloud
- Kubernetes – Deployments, Services, Ingress, Helm, Kustomize, HPA & RBAC
- CI/CD – GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- AWS / Azure / GCP
