An exciting opportunity exists to help a growing Engineering team on the next phase of its journey.
In this newly created role, a Regional Technical Director is required to help provide a platform to develop the team to the next level of performance and future growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operational Leadership – previous experience of managing and leading teams of people is preferred.
- Performance improvement – understands how to effectively use behaviours and metrics to improve individual and team performance.
- Execute strategic plan – ability to Produce, Communicate and Execute on a market leading Business plan.
- Growth and pipeline development – knows how to win new Client work.
- Client & market engagement – has the gravitas to become a Market “name” for the Engineering team.
- Develop leading Value Propositions to win new Business – has a history of working with Client Services team to produce quality marketing material.
- People engagement – Lives the Brand and RESTORE Values. To become trusted by all through an open and honest leadership approach. Develop existing and new talent in the Engineering Team
- Budget management & delivery –help to create an annual Budget and monthly forecasting process.
- Contribute to the overall Specialty strategic plan.
- Deputise for Head of Engineering.

- Experience of working in an Engineering Loss Adjusting environment.
- Engineering/CII/CILA qualifications.
- Operationally strong
- Client gravitas
- Effective communicator
- Identifies opportunities for growth
- Credible Business Leader
- Able to build, mentor and manage high performing teams
- Track record of delivering results.
