Purpose Of The Role
This role involves supporting the England Golf Senior Women’s Captain with the planning and administration of the senior team activities, efficiently and effectively in order that the players are given the best environment to improve and enjoy the squad experience.
Requirements Of The Applicant
- Enthusiastic, personable and committed.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven management skills.
- A working knowledge of senior women’s amateur golf.

Roles And Responsibilities
- The focus of the role is to assist the England senior women’s captain with the delivery of the team’s activities.
- Attendance at other events may be requested by agreement with the captain.
- Liaison with other senior team managers as required.
England Golf will provide...
- Agreed out of pocket expenses.

- Support from the England Golf performance team administration staff.
- Guidance and support from the performance manager (female golf) and senior women’s captain.
