About The Role
Are you a committed and enthusiastic tutor looking to support secondary students with their English learning and progress? Randstad Education is seeking an English Academic Tutor to join a vibrant secondary school team in Willesden starting this November.
This position offers a flexible schedule of 21.5 hours per week across Monday to Thursday, featuring a flexible working pattern with some partial days initially. The role is particularly suited to someone who lives locally and can work flexibly across the week to help students overcome academic obstacles and excel in English.

Role Details
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday (21.5 hours per week, flexible working pattern with some partial days initially).
- Placement Period: 2 November 2026 to 4 June 2027 (term:time only, excluding school holidays and bank holidays).
- Location: Willesden, NW10.
Must: Have Essential Criteria
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet all of the following essential requirements:
- Tutoring Experience: Recent experience of tutoring within the UK education system.
- GCSE Qualification: A minimum of Grade 7 at GCSE English.
- A: Level Qualification: A minimum of Grade B at A: Level English.
- Eligibility: Full right to work in the UK and a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to process one through Randstad).
