Role Description The English Class Teacher (British curriculum) will deliver engaging, learner-centered English lessons aligned with the British curriculum for students following an Egypt-based program, while working on-site in Bournemouth. This full-time role involves planning and preparing lessons, creating teaching materials, and assessing student progress through assignments, tests, and class participation. The teacher will support learners of varying abilities, provide constructive feedback, and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with academic staff, participating in meetings and training, and ensuring that teaching practices reflect the curriculum standards and institutional guidelines. The role may also involve communicating with guardians or stakeholders about student progress and contributing to continuous improvement of the program.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong instructional skills in English Teaching and Teaching within a British curriculum context.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning abilities and a solid foundation in Education practices.
- Candidates should possess clear, professional Communication skills for interacting with learners, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Relevant teaching qualification or certification (e.g., PGCE, CELTA, TEFL, or equivalent) focused on English language or British curriculum is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience teaching English to diverse age groups or international learners, ideally within a British curriculum framework, is advantageous.
- Ability to manage classrooms effectively, use a variety of teaching methodologies, and integrate educational technology where appropriate.
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity, adaptability, and commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
