English Curriculum Manager
Salary: £47,210–£51,004 per annum
Location: Epsom, Surrey, UK
Hours: Full-time, including approximately 7.5 hours of teaching per week

Overview
Our client, a further education college, is seeking an English Curriculum Manager to lead GCSE English and some Functional Skills provision.
This is a curriculum leadership role combining team management, quality improvement, and teaching. You will lead curriculum delivery, develop teaching practice, and use performance data and targeted intervention to drive strong learner outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the English curriculum, primarily GCSE English with some Functional Skills provision.
- Deliver approximately 7.5 hours of teaching each week.
- Lead and develop the English teaching team.
- Develop and implement innovative, evidence-based teaching practice.
- Monitor and track learner performance, taking action to improve achievement and progression.
- Work with teams across the college to strengthen teaching quality, inclusion, and learner outcomes.

- Proven expertise in UK further education and GCSE English curriculum delivery.
