Role Description
The English Second Language Teacher is a full-time remote role responsible for delivering engaging and effective online English lessons to learners of varying proficiency levels. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Planning and structuring lessons
- Teaching live classes or tutorials
- Assessing learner progress
- Providing constructive feedback
The teacher will:
- Adapt teaching materials to suit different learning styles
- Support learners in exam preparation (including IELTS)
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and performance
The role also involves:
- Collaborating with academic staff to refine curricula
- Participating in training or meetings
- Ensuring that all online teaching adheres to institute standards and best practices
Qualifications

- Strong instructional skills in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
- Ability to design effective Lesson Planning and structured Teaching activities.
- Experience preparing learners for standardized exams, particularly IELTS.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or similar teaching certification preferred.
- Comfort with remote teaching platforms, digital classroom tools, and basic educational technology.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in a remote work setting, and a learner-centered teaching approach.
