- Full-Scale Long-Term Roles (GBP150 : GBP220 per day): Perfect for teachers wanting a permanent-style placement. These roles involve full curriculum planning, progress tracking, and parent consultations, paid at a higher daily rate to reflect your specialist commitment to the department.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver energetic English Language and Literature lessons that challenge and support pupils of all abilities.

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in English (or equivalent discipline).
- Proven track record teaching English at secondary level (KS3 and KS4).
- Outstanding communication skills with an adaptable, positive teaching style.
- Resilience and confidence to manage diverse classroom dynamics effectively.
- Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for one).
