Are you a qualified English Teacher looking for work within secondary schools in Slough?
We are working with excellent Secondary Schools in Slough who are looking for English Teachers to join their excelling team in September.
Typical Responsibilities for an English Teacher:
- Manage classrooms and behaviour
- Plan and deliver high quality lessons
- Assessing classwork and homework, and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor students progress and set targets for continuous improvements
- Encourage critical thinking and discussions during lessons

We are looking for an English Teacher who:
- Excellent knowledge of English language and literature
- Ability to explain complex concepts early
- Passion for reading, writing, and literacy
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and communication skills
- Strong behavioural management
- Ability to plan engaging and differentiated lessons
- Strong communication skills
Job Details:
Job Title: English Teacher
Location: Slough
Setting: Secondary School
Start Date: September
Pay: £35,602 - £54,328
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm

We are looking to appoint a fully qualified teacher (QTS), this is also an ideal opportunity for ECTs looking for their first teaching role.
