Role Description
The English Tutor will provide structured English tuition to a small group of learners in Lytham St Anne's, focusing on literacy skills, reading comprehension, writing, and grammar. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching, Tutoring, and Online Tutoring.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of English Grammar and language fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills with learners, families, and colleagues.
- Relevant teaching or tutoring experience in primary or secondary education is required.
- A degree in English, Education, or a related field, and any teaching/tutoring certifications, are essential.
- Ability to manage small groups, differentiate instruction, and create inclusive, learner-centered lessons.
- Strong organisational skills, reliability, and a commitment to safeguarding and learner well-being.
