Tutti Tutoring is a private tuition company based in London, United Kingdom. The word ‘Tutti’ in Italian translates to ‘all’, and is emblematic of our mission as an education provider: we offer outstanding and bespoke educational support to all students, both domestically and internationally. Our services include 1:1 and group lessons, pre-recorded lesson bundles and study aids and resources for students who require additional support in English, Maths, Science, Creative Writing, Academic Writing, or with University Applications. We truly believe in the transformative power of education, and ensure our lessons are tailored to meet the specific needs, preferences, and learning styles of our students.
Role Description:
We are looking for a new English Tutor to join our team, with immediate effect. This role is a part-time, remote position, delivering lessons in both English Literature and English Language, at GCSE and A-Level. The Tutor will need to be familiar – or be willing to become so – with a range of exam boards, primarily AQA, OCR, and Edexcel. We are looking for someone who is passionate about English as a subject, with experience in education (either tuition or the classroom), and who possesses a positive and encouraging disposition. This role does require you to have a high availability for students, to meet our strong demand.

Essential Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature or English Language
- At least 3-years experience with online tutoring
- A strong knowledge of GCSE and A-Level syllabuses
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to create engaging lesson plans and materials
- Flexibility and adaptability in teaching methodologies
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Patience and empathy in working with a range of students
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- A PGCE in Secondary English
- Work experience within education
- TA or teacher classroom experience
- Experience working with children who have SEN diagnoses
- Examiner experience (GCSE or A-Level)
