Job Title
We're supporting our ENI offshore contract and are looking to speak with experienced Safety Coaches to help strengthen safety culture through visible, frontline engagement. This is a 6-month, 2/2 rotational assignment mobilising from Blackpool.
Responsibilities
- This role is all about being present where the work happens. As a Safety Coach, you'll spend your shift out on the work fronts, engaging directly with the workforce, building relationships, influencing behaviours and helping to create a culture where safety is genuinely owned by everyone.
- Maintain a continuous presence across active work fronts, supporting teams at the point of work and leading by example.
- Build strong, positive relationships with the workforce, supervisors and contractor teams through regular engagement and coaching.
- Encourage safe behaviours through constructive conversations, positive intervention and visible leadership in the field.
- Support teams with hazard identification, risk assessment and task readiness, helping to ensure work is planned and executed safely.
- Promote the effective application of Life Saving Rules, safe systems of work and client safety expectations.
- Carry out regular worksite observations, recognising good practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Foster an environment where people feel comfortable raising concerns, sharing ideas and taking ownership of safety.
- Help drive a proactive safety culture by spotting potential issues early and addressing them through engagement and coaching.
- Work alongside operational teams to ensure safety remains at the forefront of every task, every day.

Qualifications
- Proven experience working offshore, ideally on platforms, jack-ups, drilling or marine construction assets.
- Strong understanding of offshore safety standards, hazard controls, and operational risks.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills with the ability to influence diverse teams.
- Demonstrated experience in risk assessments, hazard analysis, and task planning.
- High attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying unsafe conditions or behaviours.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, high-risk environment with a hands-on coaching style.
- Relevant offshore certifications (BOSIET/FOET, GWO, or equivalent).
