About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Managed Services Portfolio Director to provide senior leadership across our growing portfolio of eNlighten Managed Services customers.

At the heart of this role is exceptional customer satisfaction and customer value. eNlighten goes beyond traditional SLA led Managed Services, combining operational excellence with a relentless focus on helping our customers maximise the value of their Oracle investment and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Reporting to the Vice President of Managed Services, you will take a portfolio wide view of customer health, experience, value, retention and growth. You will use customer insight, service data, NPS, XLAs and VLAs to understand performance across the portfolio, identify opportunities and ensure our services remain aligned to the priorities and outcomes that matter most to our customers.

You will provide senior leadership to our Service Delivery Management capability, coaching and developing the team and acting as a senior escalation point where required. Alongside your portfolio responsibilities, you will personally lead a small number of our most strategic customer relationships, building trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and helping shape their ongoing Oracle journey.

You will maintain oversight of the commercial health of the portfolio, working collaboratively across the business to ensure our customer relationships remain sustainable and identifying opportunities to strengthen both customer value and account performance.

As a senior leader within eNlighten, you will also be accountable for the effectiveness of service governance across the portfolio and ongoing compliance with our service management and assurance standards, including Oracle Cloud Managed Service Provider (CMSP), ISO 20000-1 and ISO 27001.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
