About Us

JD Healthcare Group is one of the UK's leading fertility and reproductive healthcare providers, operating brands including London Women's Clinic, London Egg Bank, London Sperm Bank, KindIVF, Surrey Park Women's Clinic and Elective Egg Freezing across the United Kingdom. Since 1985, we have been supporting individuals and families through some of the most significant journeys of their lives — combining world-class clinical expertise with genuine human care. Everything we do is driven by a shared purpose: helping people build the families they dream of.

About the Role

As Enquiries Consultant at London Women's Clinic, you will be the first point of contact for individuals and couples taking their first steps into fertility care — and the quality of that first impression matters enormously. Through telephone, email and web enquiries, you will provide warm, accurate and tailored information about our treatments and services, guide potential patients towards booking their first appointment and support them through the early stages of their journey with us. This is a role that combines outstanding customer service with genuine empathy — where your ability to connect with people, understand their individual circumstances and communicate with clarity and care will make a real difference to patients at a potentially life-changing moment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
