Enrollment Coordinator
We are looking for an Enrollment Coordinator to join our fast-paced and ambitious London team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting and advising prospective candidates. As the first point of contact with the school for many students seeking early admission, you will play a key role in building and maintaining our brand and reputation. We are looking for a confident, results-driven salesperson who will bring experience and enthusiasm to a young team. You will enjoy being part of a young sociable office, be motivated to exceed your targets and want to be part of the school’s continuing success story.
Responsibilities
- Make initial contact via phone and email with prospective HULT students
- Schedule one on one telephone and in-person interviews
- Support recruitment with admissions and administrative procedures
- Provide advice and support by telephone to applicants
- Interact with customers in a professional manner, in line with the brand values and principles
- Consistently meet and exceed all team goals, targets and objectives
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and another language preferred
- The candidate must have a clear interest to work in a very international environment
- Outgoing, Ambitious and having a clear interest on sales
- Multitasking and flexibility are instrumental for the success on the role
- Attention to details and positive attitude are key
- Willingness to learn and open to feedback
