Enrolment Advisor

Based: Hybrid (up to 3 days per week on campus)

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Department: Sales

Reports to: Head of Enrolments

Walbrook Institute London is looking for ambitious Enrolment Advisors to play a key role by converting enquiries into enrolments and helping prospective students take the next step in their educational and professional journey.

The Opportunity

  • You'll own your student recruitment pipeline from first enquiry through to enrolment, using a consultative approach to understand each student's goals, overcome barriers and confidently close opportunities.

  • Success in this role requires strong consultative sales skills, resilience, commercial awareness and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their goals.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Enrolment Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering against individual and team enrolment targets by:

  • Managing your own pipeline of prospective students from enquiry to enrolment.
  • Contacting leads via telephone, email, live chat and WhatsApp.
  • Building rapport quickly and identifying each student's motivations and career aspirations.
  • Using consultative selling techniques to recommend the most suitable programme.
  • Following up consistently, handling objections and converting interest into enrolments.
  • Consulting prospective students to understand what their career goals are and help them make confident decisions.
  • Working closely with our admissions team to ensure a smooth transition from application to enrolment.
  • Maintaining accurate records and forecasting activity using the CRM system, HubSpot.
  • Becoming an expert in Walbrook's programmes so you can confidently communicate their value and benefits.

What Success Looks Like

You'll be measured on your ability to:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly enrolment targets.
  • Maintain high conversion rates from enquiry to enrolment.
  • Effectively manage and prioritise your student recruitment pipeline.
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences while achieving commercial objectives.
  • Contribute to team sales performance and continuous improvement.

About You

You'll be someone who:

  • Has a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Enjoys working in a high energy KPI-driven environment.
  • Is confident listening to prospective student concerns and helping to overcome them, progressing each enquiry to the next stage.
  • Is resilient, self-motivated and results-focused.
  • Can build trust and influence customers through consultative conversations.
  • Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple opportunities at different stages of the student recruitment cycle.
  • Has experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales activity.
