Role Description
We have part-time vacancies for an on-site position for an Enrolment and Exams Administrator, located in Hull. The Enrolment and Exams Administrator will handle administrative duties related to enrolling students on courses, coordinating exam bookings, ensuring accurate documentation, managing schedules, and providing exceptional support to learners. Key tasks include:
- Maintaining organized records
- Responding to enquiries
- Assisting with training logistics
- Coordinating with tutors to ensure quality service

Qualifications
- Organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling and record-keeping
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing inquiries and interacting with students
- Familiarity with IT tools, databases, and software for documentation and coordination
- Customer support experience, with the ability to provide guidance and resolve issues efficiently
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to support operational needs
- Previous experience in training, or administrative roles is a plus
