About The Role
We are looking for an experienced ENT Outpatient Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to support weekend ENT Clinics in Hampshire. Working alongside consultants and registered healthcare professionals, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care within a professional outpatient setting.

Key Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience working within an ENT outpatient setting.
- Experience supporting consultants during a range of ENT procedures and treatments.
- The ability to undertake and record patient observations accurately.
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
- Experience handling specimens, undertaking ENT clinical tests, and maintaining infection prevention standards.
- The ability to work independently while providing excellent patient-centred care.
