Enterprise Account Manager

This Enterprise Account Manager role focuses on growing revenue within existing enterprise accounts through strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities across finance and performance management solutions. The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise software salesperson with a proven track record of exceeding targets, building senior stakeholder relationships, and managing complex sales cycles to deliver measurable business value.

This role is with a global fintech/software scale-up serving CFOs and finance teams, combining the agility of a high-growth business with the backing and resources of an established market leader.

Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise finance customers across the EMEA region.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling software solutions.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships, particularly within CFO and Finance functions.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategic account plans.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through to negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, customer success, and product teams to maximise account value.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.

Profile

A successful Enterprise Account Manager should have:

  • Proven enterprise software sales experience with a strong track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Expertise in selling to CFOs, Finance Directors, and senior finance stakeholders within large organisations.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover business challenges and position strategic solutions.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at C-suite level.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with strong account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management capabilities.
