Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Salary: £60-80k + Commission + package

Location & Working Model: London - Hybrid - 3 days in office a week

Key Role Feature: Work with Enterprise brands at the forefront of AI-driven commerce and conversational search

Due to rapid growth and increasing demand from global consumer brands, our client is looking to appoint an ambitious Enterprise Customer Success Manager to help scale enterprise client operations and support the delivery of innovative AI commerce solutions. This is a unique opportunity to join a category-defining business that is shaping how brands are discovered across the next generation of commerce platforms.

Our client is an emerging leader in AI-powered commerce optimisation, helping some of the world's largest consumer brands improve their visibility across rapidly evolving AI-driven platforms. Working with globally recognised FMCG businesses, the company is helping redefine how brands engage with consumers through conversational commerce and intelligent search experiences.

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will play a critical role in ensuring clients maximise value from the platform while helping to shape the future of this rapidly evolving industry.

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will act as the key link between enterprise customers, internal teams and product stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of client initiatives whilst driving operational excellence and long-term customer success. This role offers a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of ecommerce, AI and enterprise technology.

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will:

  • Manage the successful delivery of enterprise customer programmes across multiple global brands
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across brand, ecommerce and digital teams
  • Analyse performance data and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximise platform adoption and results

The Role Requires:

  • Development and optimisation of operational processes to support enterprise-scale client deployments
  • Collaboration with product teams to influence future platform enhancements
  • Identification of growth opportunities through customer feedback and market insights
  • Ongoing monitoring of programme performance and commercial success metrics
  • Strong project management to ensure seamless execution across multiple stakeholder groups

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will demonstrate:

  • Strong client facing experience within the Amazon, ecommerce or digital commerce ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of digital shelf optimisation, ecommerce operations and marketplace strategy
  • Experience managing enterprise-level clients and multiple stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
  • Strong communication and relationship management capabilities

The role requires:

  • Agency, Tech or brand-side Amazon Focussed experience - ideally in a client facing role, with enterprise client management experience, and working at C-Suite level.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content optimisation and marketplace performance drivers
  • Experience working with emerging technologies, AI tools or automation platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for innovation and the future of digital commerce
