Working at CreateFuture

CreateFuture is an AI-native consulting partner where people do work that matters and are supported to do it well. We work alongside organisations such as PayPal, adidas, NatWest, FanDuel and Money Saving Expert, building digital products and services that make a difference while always putting people first.

We’re a team of creators. We write code, shape delivery, build go-to-market strategies, develop AI solutions and create the practices that support our people. We work side by side with our clients, challenging what’s not working and helping them to build the future. Our commitment to craft, quality, and culture has helped us scale to over 600 people in just a few years.

CreateFuture is a Great Place to Work-Certified™ company and has won Best Workplaces UK multiple years in a row.

Join us on our journey. Let’s create tomorrow, together, today.

About The Role And Team

You'll own how enterprise AI tools are provisioned, licensed, and supported across CreateFuture — treating AI tools with the same rigour as any other enterprise software, so nothing runs as an ungoverned 'shadow AI' tool. Sitting within our Enterprise TechOps team, you'll own vendor intake, licensing, access, support, and adoption reporting for AI tools used across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage vendor and tool intake, licensing, and seat management for enterprise AI tools, and own access provisioning (SSO/OIDC) and offboarding.
  • Own tool rationalisation and renewal management, making sure we're not paying for or running duplicate or ungoverned AI tools.
  • Provide Tier 1/2 support for AI tool issues, and build internal documentation, training, and enablement content.
  • Define and enforce acceptable use policy for enterprise AI tools across the organisation.
  • Build licence utilisation reporting, cost-per-seat/tool tracking, and chargeback support that feeds the platform roadmap.
  • Act as the single clear owner for each enterprise AI tool, with a governed access path and visible cost and adoption data.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
