Lead the Pod. Shape the strategy. Help our clients grow.

We're looking for an Enterprise Account Director to lead one of our client Pods - a team of Client Success Directors and Client Success Managers responsible for a portfolio of accounts.

You'll own the what and why across the portfolio, help your team focus on the right opportunities and make sure we're creating real commercial value for our clients.

Who are we?

We help ambitious brands unlock growth that legacy systems, slow decisions and old ways of doing things can get in the way of.

We combine data, insight and technology, increasingly through our own Good Growth Technology (GGT) platform, to find the opportunities that matter and turn them into results.

We've got a decade of experience helping global brands grow, we're trusted by major retailers and e-commerce leaders, and we're building something pretty exciting with GGT.

We're organised into small client Pods, each owning a portfolio of accounts.

That's where you come in.

So, what's the role actually about?

You lead a Pod and own the what and why across its portfolio.

You'll work with your team to understand where we're creating value, where there are risks and where we should focus our time.

You'll also play a key role in the first 90 days of new relationships - making sure there's the right scale, sponsor engagement and alignment to build something great.

If there isn't, you'll be the person willing to say so.

You’ll probably enjoy this if...

  • You like leading and developing people, not just doing the work yourself.
  • You enjoy owning strategy and commercial outcomes.
  • You're comfortable giving direct feedback and having difficult conversations.
  • You like autonomy and working from context.
  • You know when to stay at the strategic level and when to get into the detail.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Lead and develop your Client Success Pod.
  • Own the what and why across your client portfolio.
  • Drive weekly account health reporting and surface risks early.

  • Strong strategic account management and commercial diagnosis skills.
  • Confidence leading executive-level Summits and QBRs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and sponsor relationship skills.
  • A genuine commitment to direct feedback and people development.

Nice to have
