Location: Central London | Hybrid (3 days per week in London office)
Salary: £110,000 - £120,000 base | OTE £220,000 - £240,000 + benefits

Our client is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join their London-based commercial team.

This is a strategic, consultative sales role focused on winning new enterprise customers across the UK and Europe. Success comes from understanding complex customer challenges, building credibility with senior stakeholders, and leading multiple decision-makers through a structured buying journey.

You'll have the autonomy to run your own territory while working closely with solutions consultants, marketing, SDRs and customer success to maximise every opportunity.

What you will be doing

  • Winning new enterprise customers across organisations
  • Building relationships with senior business stakeholders across multiple functions including finance, operations, transformation, technology and procurement
  • Managing complex sales processes involving numerous stakeholders, commercial negotiations and technical evaluations
  • Generating approximately one-third of your pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, supported by dedicated SDR and marketing teams
  • Leading discovery workshops, delivering tailored demonstrations and developing compelling commercial business cases
  • Meeting customers throughout the UK and Europe to strengthen relationships and accelerate strategic opportunities

What you will bring

  • At least 3 years' experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions into large organisations
  • A strong track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Experience creating your own pipeline through thoughtful outbound prospecting and account development
  • Familiarity with structured enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Command of the Message or similar
  • Experience selling into large corporate functions or business transformation initiatives would be advantageous
  • A consultative, commercially minded approach with excellent stakeholder management skills and high personal accountability
